These terms apply to Three-Quarters International Ltd. public products, including Dialogue Trainer and Fathom.
Beta Product
Dialogue Trainer is an early training product; Fathom is an open beta self-knowledge notebook. Features, login behavior, cloud save, scenarios, scoring, and AI responses may change as the product is tested and improved.
Use Of The Service
The apps are designed for dialogue practice, reflection, self-knowledge work, and training. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, mental health, financial, or emergency advice.
- Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not use the service to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Do not enter information you are not allowed to share.
AI Output
AI-generated NPC reactions, scores, coaching notes, Fathom mirror replies, and summaries may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a real-life situation. You are responsible for your own decisions and for how you use any practice results outside the app.
Accounts And Access
Google sign-in may be used for identity and cloud-save features. Access may be limited during testing. We may suspend or restrict access if the service is abused or if doing so is needed to protect users or the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product matures. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the latest version.
